Cocos Capital
Launched in 2022, I owned the digital transformation end-to-end: competitor benchmarking, roadmap design with the C-suite, architecture and database design, and day-to-day leadership of the design and engineering teams. Connected the platform to the core system (Gallo), then built our own middleware, a real-time risk and order management layer with live order status updates over a market websocket, now processing billions of transactions.

Complif
Implemented end-to-end compliance stacks across 25+ financial institutions: digital onboarding, KYC / KYB, identity and document verification, OCR, biometrics and liveness, UBO identification, CDD / EDD and ongoing due diligence, risk matrices and customer scoring, PEP, sanctions and watchlist screening, transaction monitoring, case and alert management, and regulatory reporting with full audit trails.

First of its kind WhatsApp chatbot that allowed customers to access their broker account, buy and sell assets like stocks and bonds, and order instant withdrawals directly through WhatsApp. Showcased by Facebook as a use case.

Designed and implemented an automated onboarding, an events-based flow with a jobs queue built on AWS Lambda, handling KYC, document OCR, and identity and liveness checks. Integrated with Cocos Capital's core system for automatic account creation.

Built a user-side platform for portfolio management and order sending. Integrated with ESCO Fondos (now Primary).
